|
Welcome to ESI-UK Level 2 Principles of First Aid, this course is designed for anyone in the workplace who wants to build their understanding of first aid — whether you are new to the subject or looking to formalise your knowledge ahead of a practical qualification.
This course provides the underpinning knowledge that supports UK workplace first aid training. It is not, on its own, a substitute for a practical, assessed course: to become a qualified first aider able to act confidently and legally fulfil a first-aid role under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, you will also need to complete a course such as Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) or First Aid at Work (FAW), delivered by a qualified trainer. By the end of this course, you will have covered:
The course is expected to take approximately 6 hours to complete, and includes a series of engaging eLearning modules along with a final multiple choice assessment at the end of the course. All successful students will gain a nationally recognised ESI-UK Certificate of completion for this knowledge-based course. |
